About Poosani Vithai( Pumpkin Seeds):-

       Pumpkin is a creeping plant that is creeping or semi-shrubby, annual, velvet-hairy. Broadly ovate-heart shaped to triangular-heart shaped leaves, 20-30 cm long, 20-35 cm broad, are often with three to five deep lobes, and with toothed margins. The plant has solitary, flowers borne in leaf axils. Pumpkin seeds are about 1.5 cm (0.5 in) long, flat, asymmetrically oval, light green in color, and usually covered by a white husk. Pumpkin seeds are a good source of protein, magnesium, copper, and zinc.
