Salamisiri Legiyam	Legiyam	2 box	Morning-5gm Evening-5gm (15 mins before food) Mix with Milk and consume
Karunjeeraga thylam	Oil	1 box	Apply on the reproductive organ before intercourse

 

Foods to be taken:

Milk and milk products, Thenga paal, Sesamum indicum, Sugarcane juice, Tender coconut, Butter, Drumstick, Neer agaram.

Food to be avoided:

Tamarind (Puli), Hummingbird (Agathi keerai), Bitter Gourd (Pavakaai), Horse gram (Kollu)
