Seenthil nei	Leagiyam	3 box	Morning-1spoon, Evening-1spoon
			Take it in a small pot, keep it on flame for 10 secs, It will melt like oil, Consume it when warm

Food to be avoided: 

Avoid Chicken, Egg, and spicy meals

Remarks

Sleep early in the night as soon as possible. Get early in the morning as soon as possible
