Pasumpal (Milk)	1 part
Myristica Fragrans (Sathikkai)	1 part
Sathipathiri	1 part
Eletteria Cardamomum (Elam)	1 part
Syzygium Aromaticum( Kirambu)	1 part
Sugar(Sarkarai).	1 part
Pappavar Somniferum( Kasakasa)	1 part
Valmilaku	1 part
Thalisam	1 part
Masikkai	1 part

Dosage:  1 to 2 teaspoons, two times per day (or) as directed  by the physician
