About Thuthi (Indian Mallow) :-

    Thuthi Herb is a perennial shrub.It grows up to 3 m in height. The plant is found in India, SriLanka, topical regions of America and Malaysia. It is found as a weed in sub-Himalayan tracts, hills up to 1200 m and in hotter parts of India. The leaves are toothed. It bears solitary flowers which are yellow and blooms in the evening. The seeds are dark brown or black. This plant has been traditionally used for medicinal purposes.  It grows in hot temperature regions of India

  • Morning - Mix 5 gms of powder in 100 ml water, Boil the content for few minutes. once the water gets warm, filter the content and drink it before food. Repeat the same for Evening Dosage after dinner.


How to Apply Thuthi (Indian Mallow) Externally :-

  • Its antibacterial properties help to treat all kinds of wounds. mix the leaf powder with a little turmeric and apply on wounds to treat inflammation, pain and infections.
  • The juice of the leaves helps to relieve toothache. An infusion made out of the twigs of the plant are used as a mouthwash for tooth pain.
  • Good cure for Lymph nodes – put the warm leaf mixture on the area. You will get good results.
