About Veppam Pattai (Neem Bark) :-

    Neem tree is also known as the Indian Lilac or Margosa tree, widely famous in India as well as abroad for its medicinal purposes. It is a herb type, belongs to the Meliaceae family, commonly available all through the year everywhere in India. It is very beneficial to health because of its natural ability as an anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and so many properties. Because of its wide variety of applications, it is commonly called the "Friend and Protector of the Indian Villager". The Neem bark has cool, bitter, and astringent properties.

How to consume Veppam Pattai (Neem Bark) Internally:-

  • Morning - Mix 5 gms of powder in 100 ml water, Boil the content for a few minutes. once the water gets warm, filter the content and drink it before food. Repeat the same for Evening Dosage after dinner.

 

How to Apply Veppam Pattai (Neem Bark) Externally:-

  • Probably the most common use of Neem bark is to clean the teeth. The traditional method is to snap off a twig of the tree and chew on it. The astringent qualities of the bark prevented bleeding gums, tooth decay, and foul smell long before the advent of toothpaste.
