Figs are seasonal fruits that are found in the western parts of Asia, but dried figs are available almost everywhere, at any point during the year. The fig tree is a member of the mulberry family. The health benefits of figs come from the presence of minerals, vitamins, and fiber contained in the fruit. Figs contain a wealth of beneficial nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, calcium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, sodium, potassium, and chlorine

How to Consume Athi Pazham(Figs) Internally:-

Morning - Mix 5 gms of powder in 100 ml water, Boil the content for a few minutes. once the water gets warm, filter the content and drink it before food. Repeat the same for Evening Dosage after dinner. In case of yellow urination, add an equal amount of sugar candy with this powder. Give 6-6 gm of this powder with cow’s milk to the patient, twice a day.
